Accessible travel itineraries & experiences

See the bite force of crocodiles during the feeding show at Darwin’s Crocosaurus Cove. Get a snap with a baby croc, and meet the reptiles inside the fully accessible and airconditioned reptile house. Most areas are wheelchair friendly and companion cards are accepted.

Learn about the kangaroos, dingoes and other wildlife at the Alice Springs Desert Park, where their pathway system is fully accessible, and they even have wheelchairs to hire.

Discover the many accessible museums and art galleries across the Northern Territory, from the Darwin Military Museum which is housed inside the original concrete bunker and allows you to explore the bombing of Darwin, to the world-class visual and performing arts of the Araluen Arts Centre in Alice Springs.

Watch a Territory sunset at Cullen Bay where the accessible path leads you to unobstructed views of the harbour, and a short drive away you can enjoy a variety of cuisine, handcrafted goods and entertainment at the Mindil Beach Sunset Markets which runs from April to October.
