I'm @_markfitz and no trip to #EastArnhemLand is complete without doing some beach hopping along Gove's Northern Beaches! This is Little Bondi and it's one of 3 spectacular beaches only 5 minutes apart, the other 2 being Turtle Beach and Maccassan Beach. The beaches here are unlike any others I've ever seen and the contrasting blues of the ocean mixed with the red cliffs, white sand and green trees have to be seen to be believed! What's even better is you can camp here, imagine getting to wake up to these views of a morning!
"Takes my breath away!" #Uluru tends to have that affect on people, @jordaaaan_! There are a number of walks and experiences that take you up close to this ochre-coloured monolith, including the 10.6km Base Walk. As the name suggests, the walk circles the entire base of Uluru and takes roughly 3.5 hours. Parts of the loop have been divided into shorter walks where you can check out the little known waterholes and lush woodlands that line this iconic natural wonder. Cheers for tagging #NTaustralia, Jordan!
Isolated swimming holes, impressive gorges and incredible rock formations are all part of the Red Centre's unique and ancient landscape. The West MacDonnell Ranges are filled with many gems, and Ormiston Gorge has to be one of its brightest 🙌 The soaring walls are a majestic sight, best appreciated from the permanent waterhole or Ghost Gum Lookout 👀 With a swimming hole, various walking tracks and a heap of wildlife, Ormiston Gorge is certainly must-do material! While in the area, you should also check out the likes of Serpentine, Glen Helen or Redbank Gorge. Cheers for tagging #NTaustralia, @justine_jb!
Hello everyone! My name’s Aaron aka @iamsavi 👋 Not too long ago I led a little trip out to my favourite place in the Northern Territory, #EastArnhemLand! Where the blue skies contrast the lush green bushland, the red dirt meets with the white sandy shores, and all roads lead to adventure! 🌳🚙☀️☁️
The #LarapintaTrail is one of @Australia's finest walks, situated just out of #AliceSprings and spanning 223kms across the West MacDonnell Ranges. This long distance walking track is divided into 12 sections that each take one or two days to walk. Described by @AustralianGeographic as "one of the world's best long-distance arid-zone walks", this spectacular desert trek traverses the ridgelines of the mountain ranges from east to west. From the big blue skies that offer a stunning contrast against the sunburned landscape of the ranges, to some of the most spectacular geological formations in the region, this trail truly showcases the diversity of the Red Centre. Cheers for tagging #NTaustralia, @kieraosecampbell!
From where you'd rather be on a Monday 😎 Looks like your visit to Florence Falls went swimmingly, @rebina_c 😜 Located in #Litchfield National Park, this spectacular double waterfall cascades into a crystal clear plunge pool, set in a pocket of monsoon forest. After a dip, don't forget to check out the viewing platform high above the falls for an awesome outlook of the valley and waterhole below. With sunny scenes like this, it might be time to say seeya to the daily grind and escape to @TourismTopEnd, whadda you reckon? Cheers for tagging #NTaustralia, Rebina!
As the light gives way to darkness, a sea of colourful solar lights come to life against the backdrop of the mighty #Uluru. The #FieldOfLight exhibition, aptly named Tili Wiru Tjuta Nyakutjaku or ‘looking at lots of beautiful lights’ in local Pitjantjatjara, is Bruce Munro’s largest work to date, with more than 50,000 slender stems crowned with radiant frosted-glass spheres over an area the size of nine football fields. The epic art piece will now be on show until 31 December 2020, giving you plenty of time to start planning your dream trip to the Red Centre! Cheers for tagging #NTaustralia, @haydenwing 👍

Ubirr is one of the many places in #Kakadu National Park that truly feels like a land that time forgot ✨ With a number of Aboriginal rock art sites that date back thousands of years and a wild landscape of wholly untouched floodplains and escarpments, you'll feel like you've entered another world! This magnificent spot re-opened a couple of weeks ago and is looking as lush as ever after a particularly rainy wet season. Cheers for tagging #NTaustralia, @luke.brookman!

"They weren't joking about the middle of Australia being red - it's nothing short of amazing!" Welcome to the real outback, @harryvick 😉The Red Centre is home to a number of iconic natural wonders, however many people don't realise there's more than one big rock in this region! This distinctive flat-topped sandstone monolith is called #MountConner and often fools travellers on their way to #Uluru, earning it the nickname 'Fool-uru' 😂 After a surge of excitement and a flurry of photos, it eventually dawns on most of them that this rock actually looks quite different from Uluru's famous silhouette! While it might not be the rock they were looking for, that doesn't mean it's any less striking 😍 Cheers for tagging #NTaustralia, Harry!
