ノーザンテリトリー屈指のピットマスターとパリージャシェフが集結する、ライブファイヤーBBQフェスティバル。
地域住民の皆様に、この素晴らしい料理を無料でお楽しみいただけるイベントです。調理には、スモーカー、アサード、パリージャ、BBQグリル、炭火のみを使用します。
地元産のクラフトビールとジンを提供するバー、ブルース、ルーツミュージック、カントリーミュージックのライブ演奏もお楽しみいただけます。一般公開で、マスタークラスや調理ステーションの見学ツアーもご用意。会場は、美しい木陰のオアシス、ジョージ・ブラウン・ダーウィン植物園です。
