Desert Mob 2025 のオープニングでは、ライブ音楽やダンスパフォーマンス、食べ物や飲み物が楽しめるほか、30 を超えるアートセンターが出展する待望の年次展示会が一般公開されます。これは、中央オーストラリア各地のアボリジニが運営するコミュニティ アートセンターのメンバーであるアーティストによる数百点の作品をご覧いただくための招待状です。新進気鋭や中堅アーティストとともに展示されるベテラン アーティストの多くは、このイベントのベテランであり、国際的にも名声を確立しています。
Desert Mob 2025 展示会のすべての作品は購入可能で、オープニング ナイトは、9 月 12 日金曜日 (すべてオーストラリア標準時間) にオンラインで展示会がライブ配信される前に作品を購入できる特別な機会です。
オープニング ナイトと展示会は、国内で最も期待されているアボリジニ アート イベントの 1 つである Desert Mob の一環として Desart によって開催されます。デザート モブ 2025 は、2025 年 9 月 11 日から 10 月 26 日まで、ムパルントゥエ (アリススプリングス) のアラルエン アート センターで開催され、展示会、アーティスト トーク、マーケット、公開プログラム、サテライト イベント、アクティベーションで構成されます。
