Il sito è una struttura in mattoni e cemento al piano terra costruita come ufficio e sale club. L'edificio è stato pesantemente adattato nel corso degli anni. Nessuna delle finestre o porte originali rimane ad eccezione di due finestre di mattoni di vetro.
