Spend Saturday afternoon at the Darwin Waterfront Beach Bar celebrating the people, produce and stories behind Northern Territory seafood.

This free, family-friendly NT Seafood Month celebration will bring together chefs, fishers, farmers, sea farmers and industry representatives for an afternoon of food, live demonstrations, talks, tastings and entertainment.

Enjoy NT seafood dishes from participating Waterfront restaurants while watching live cooking demonstrations from NT Seafood Ambassador Corey Costelloe, Story Teller Chef Zach Green, Chef John "Jojo" Borlagdan, and other local chefs.

The program will include Humpty Doo Barramundi and Australia Bay snapper cooking demonstrations, mud crab tying demonstrations, seafood tastings, producer and sea farmer displays, industry panels and conversations with the people who catch, grow and supply Territory seafood.

There will also be activities for children, music and plenty more to be announced.

It's a chance to taste the Territory, learn something new and meet the people behind some of Australia's most distinctive seafood, all in one afternoon on the Waterfront.
