About Darwin Gourmet Tours
Your experienced and knowledgeable local guide will treat you to the best of Darwin’s food scene.
Join us for lunch or dinner on an escorted 3.5 hour easy walking tour, or for a 2-hour Snack Stroll & Art tour. For lunch and dinner we visit 3 of the city’s most award-winning restaurants, chefs and staff will present at least 12 tasting plates (degustation) with an emphasis on local produce and Aboriginal bush foods. Northern Territory delicacies can include buffalo, bush spices, barramundi, crocodile, prawns, gold band snapper, and fresh tropical fruit and vegetables. We cater for dietary preferences including vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, allergy-related and others. Coffee, tea and standard soft drinks are included.
During the short walk we’ll also show you cultural and historic landmarks and Darwin’s vibrant street artworks. Download the free ‘Darwin Street Art’ app for Apple or Android devices to see cool, futuristic augmented reality art that seems to jump off the walls and come to life. Your guide also carries an iPad if you want to view it on a larger screen.
