For lunch and dinner they visit 3 of the city’s most award-winning restaurants, chefs and staff will present at least 12 tasting plates (degustation) with an emphasis on local produce and Aboriginal bush foods. Northern Territory delicacies can include buffalo, bush spices, barramundi, crocodile, prawns, gold band snapper, and fresh tropical fruit and vegetables. They cater for dietary preferences including vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, allergy-related and others. Coffee, tea and standard soft drinks are included.
