Marlow Lagoon Recreation Area in Palmerston is a spacious and beautifully maintained park featuring twin lakes surrounded by lush gardens and walking tracks.

in addition and seperate to the Dog Park the area is a great location for keen bird watchers, Over 65 bird species has been observed at Marlows, including Black Bittern, Nankeen Night Herons, Great Egrets, Intermediate Egrets, and the grey morph Reef Egret.

Raptors like Black Kites, Whistling Kites, Brahminy Kites, and Brown Goshawks are frequently seen soaring or hunting in the area.
