The Uluru, Kata Tjuta, Kings Canyon and MacDonnell Ranges 5 Day Tour is a small-group 4WD journey through the Red Centre of the Northern Territory, starting in Alice Springs or at Yulara (Ayers Rock) and finishing in Alice Springs.

Over five days, groups of four to 13 guests watch sunset and sunrise at Uluru, walk among the domes of Kata Tjuta, complete the Kings Canyon Rim Walk and explore the gorges of the West MacDonnell Ranges.

An experienced outback guide leads the Uluru base walk and a visit to the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre, then heads along Luritja Road to a remote cattle station for two nights in ensuite glamping tents. At Kings Canyon, the early Rim Walk passes the Lost City and the Garden of Eden, followed by the Karrke Aboriginal Cultural Experience. The return to Alice Springs follows the Red Centre Way, road conditions permitting, via Ormiston Gorge, Ellery Creek Big Hole and Simpsons Gap.

National park entry, permits, accommodation and most meals are included. Departures run on select dates between April and December. Suited to adults aged 18 and over. Book directly with Discovery Tours Australia.
