Auswalk Walking Holidays offers a dynamic range of guided group and self guided inn-to-inn walking holidays, in addition to guided 'on-demand' options.
Their guided group walking holidays attract people who prefer to get off the standard tourist route and explore new areas on foot with many of their trips visiting wilderness regions and World Heritage areas.
For those who prefer to 'go it alone', their self guided inn-to-inn walks are the perfect solution. They will provide you with easy to follow walk notes and maps, and whilst you are off on your walk, they'll transfer your luggage to your next accommodation.

The Top End: Kakadu, Katherine & Litchfield - 6 Days
The Top End in the dry season is unlike anywhere else in Australia. Ancient sandstone escarpments glow at dusk, vast floodplains pulse with birdlife, and the saltwater crocodiles are out in numbers. This six-day guided journey takes you through two of the Northern Territory's great national parks, Kakadu and Nitmiluk (Katherine Gorge), with a day in Litchfield thrown in for its spectacular waterfalls and swimming holes. You travel in a small group with a licensed guide who knows these landscapes well. Days are full of morning walks when it's cool, afternoon swims to beat the heat, and group dinners to swap the day's stories. From the billabong at first light to the sun dropping over the Arnhem Land escarpment, Kakadu rewards those who slow down to look. With only short walks at each destination, this trip is designed to help you do exactly that.
Larapinta Trail Highlights - 6 Day - Group-Guided
Trek the Larapinta Trail over escarpments and ridge lines of the West MacDonnell Ranges. Traverse Ormiston and Serpentine Gorges and hike Mount Sonder at sunrise. The dramatic colour changes in the rock formations at Glen Helen Gorge and Standley Chasm are spectacular. This is one of the most stunning outback experiences in Australia.
The Larapinta trail makes its way through the sacred land of Arrernte people, with a view to gaining a better understanding of the ancient Indigenous culture and Traditional Owners of the land.
This walk is suitable for both experienced hikers seeking a spectacular challenge and for those who just want to experience the beauty of the Larapinta Trail on foot.
