Freds Pass Rural Show

The 2020 Freds Pass Rural Show goes on - online.

Entries are now open for online entries in Cookery, Horticulture, Market Garden, Art, Photography and Craft, adult and junior. Go to the website, fill in the entry form, take photos of your exhibits, and email it. Entry is free and there are great prizes to be won.

Over the last 40 years it is estimated that in excess of half a million Territorian’s have sampled a ‘unique slice of rural life’ through a family visit to the iconic Freds Pass Rural Show where 'urban meets rural'.

The show is known for its strong rural theming with a vast range of equestrian events, livestock judging, animal displays, an exhibition hall showcasing the communities many talents, wood chopping exhibition, side show alley, Music talent quests, NT Young Rural Achiever Awards & a the vast array of poultry and produce.

    Accessibility

    Welcomes and assists people who have challenges with learning, communication, understanding and behaviour. (includes people with autism, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, acquired brain injury (ABI), dyslexia and dementia) Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids) Caters for people who use a wheelchair.
