Experience the splendours of Nitmiluk National Park and Nitmiluk (Katherine) Gorge up close with all the convenience of comfortable self-contained accommodation.

The Nitmiluk Cabins are centrally positioned below the escarpment entrance, just 600 metres from the departure point for scenic boat cruises, canoe hire experiences, cultural activities, and several popular walking trails through Jawoyn Country.

Designed to blend naturally into the surrounding bushland environment, the cabins provide a peaceful retreat for couples, families, and travellers looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Top End while still enjoying modern comforts. Each cabin offers spacious interiors, air conditioning, private ensuite facilities, kitchen amenities, and a generous outdoor balcony area where guests can truly relax and reconnect with nature.

Sit back and unwind on your private balcony, where wallabies and native birdlife can often be seen wandering freely nearby, or enjoy a refreshing drink and light meal around the resort-style swimming pool, the perfect place to cool down after a day of adventure and exploration. Guests also have convenient access to nearby dining options, including the Nitmiluk Café and Jatti Pool Bar & Bistro.

Whether you are exploring the ancient sandstone gorges, discovering Indigenous culture, or simply enjoying the tranquillity of the Australian bush, Nitmiluk Cabins provide the ideal base to experience the wonders of Nitmiluk.
