南岩洞 (Southern Rockhole) 是位于温多夫 (Windolf) 步道上的一座季节性瀑布。
从尼特米鲁克中心 (Nitmiluk Centre) 出发，单程步行约 4 公里即可到达岩洞；您也可以从游客中心乘坐渡轮，沿着短短但崎岖的步道步行。沿途可以欣赏到瀑布和周围砂岩悬崖的壮丽景色。
瀑布在旱季干涸较早，仅在季节性开放游泳。
步道难度为 3 级（中等）。步道部分路段崎岖陡峭，建议您具备一定的丛林徒步经验。
