The place and the people set the background for this product and offer the visitor an unforgettable journey which is a highly engaging and educative experience. This experience has been designed in close and ongoing consultation with Tiwi eldership.
Itineraries range in length from half-day sightseeing tours to extended 3 day tours. Tarntipi Bush Camp is about fostering authentic and genuine inter-cultural relationships. It is also about building Aboriginal self-determination and promoting Tiwi culture and cultural awareness through an authentic and participatory camping experience.
