Garrmalang Retrospective: Celebrating 10 years of culture, story and connection.

Celebrate 10 incredible years of Blak excellence - right here on Larrakia Country.

What started back in 2014 as a big idea has grown into a nationally recognised festival and a much-loved space for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices, stories, and creativity to shine.

They're throwing it back, looking ahead, and coming together for Garrmalang Retrospective - a one-day program full of powerful performances, connection, and celebration.

Dan Sultan with Darwin Symphony Orchestra Quintet:

Don't miss this one-night-only show with one of Australia's most iconic singer-songwriters. From solo sets to the full band and brand-new orchestral arrangements by Darwin's own Netanela Mizrahi — this one's going to be something special.

Our Elders:

Pull up a chair and sit in story with some of Garramilla's most respected Elders. Hear their lived experiences, cultural knowledge, and deep wisdom in this moving, up-close yarn.

Photographic Exhibition Opening:

Take a walk through the past 10 years of Garrmalang Festival with this stunning exhibition celebrating the faces, moments and memories that have shaped the event.

Tickets available from the Darwin Entertainment Centre website.

Garrmalang Retrospective is supported by Darwin Entertainment Centre, Northern Territory Government and NT Major Events Company, City of Darwin, Larrakia Nation, Airport Development Group (Darwin International Airport) and Power and Water.
