Hakusho cafe is doing Japanese & Korean cuisine.
They serve homemade pork broth, homemade chasyu, as well as homemade ramen noodles.
They do the traditional ramen, using 40 kilograms of pork bones to cook for 8 to 10 hours without any msg or chicken powder.
They also serve some homemade Entrees, such us chicken karaage, haku tako, yangnyeom chicken (Korean fried chicken).
