The Liru Walk, named after the venomous brown snake, meanders through a tranquil mulga forest that bursts into colour after rain.

This track links the Cultural Centre to the base of Uluṟu. Just a few hundred metres from the Cultural Centre lies one of the park's hidden gems – a spacious shelter in a sandy clearing offering uninterrupted views of the rock.

Mostly passed through by cyclists and a few visitors, this spot is perfect for soaking up the solitude, listening to the f wind through the trees, and taking in the view of Uluṟu.

Grade 1 - 2 - easy to moderate | 4 km return | 1 hours 30 minutes | Wheelchair access (dry weather only)
