This guided forest bathing experience invites participants to slow down and reconnect with nature in the tranquil setting of the George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens.
Moving mindfully through lush tropical landscapes, featuring ancient Boabs, rainforest paths, and vibrant flowering plants, guests engage in a series of sensory-based invitations drawn from the practice of Shinrin-yoku. The experience concludes with a bush-inspired tea ceremony beneath the trees, leaving participants calm, grounded, and renewed.
