NT Seafood Month | Get Cracking! NT Mud Crab Dinner

This one is for the mud crab lovers.

As part of NT Seafood Month, Pink Chopstix is serving up a relaxed Darwin Waterfront seafood experience celebrating bold Asian flavours, tropical produce and one of the Territory's most iconic catches – NT mud crab!

Forget the formalities. This is about settling in by the water, enjoying great local seafood, cracking into a whole mud crab and soaking up the Darwin night sky.

Each guest will receive a Darwin KP Mango-Tini on arrival, followed by Shark Bay half-shell scallops with Chinese-style garlic butter and vermicelli, Humpty Doo Barramundi bao sliders and the hero of the night, one whole 1.2kg+ NT mud crab per person.

Choose your crab Golden Salt & Pepper or go all in with the Chef's Special Singapore Chilli.

Finish with Pink Chopstix deep fried ice cream served with seasonal tropical fruit.
