Point Stuart Wilderness Lodge is located in the heart of the beautiful Mary River Wetlands region approximately 180kms from Darwin.
It is a unique remote property for stop overs & visitors situated in the expansive floodplain area of the Mary River bordering the Mary River National Park.
The Lodge offers air-conditioned modern ensuite rooms, standard style air-conditioned rooms, safari tents, pet friendly powered caravan & motorhome sites, & unpowered camping grounds.
Also available are laundry facilities, amenities, BBQ areas, camp kitchens, a large saltwater swimming pool & family Jumping Pillow with shade structure. There is a public car park for Mary River National Park/Jimmy Creek monsoonal vine forest walk direct access & day use.
The property has an area for Buffalo & Banteng viewing & feeding, & a Barramundi feeding pond & info area. The Lodges facilities also include a licensed Bar/Bistro, all meals, snacks, ice, minor mechanical repairs, & a tour desk with a range of tours including the Mary River Wetlands Cruise, 4WD Floodplain/Sunset Safaris, Barramundi Fishing Tours, & provide visitors with valuable information about the Mary River National Park & surrounds.
