Greet the outback sunrise as you are picked up from your hotel around 0545 am and relax in comfort.
As the warm golden rays highlight the red tones of the landscape, you’ll head south on your way to Fogg Dam Conservation Area.
Here you will learn some of the bush foods and medicine plants of the Top End whilst marveling at the massive diversity of wildlife in and around the floodplain region.
With over 230 different species of birds recorded here you are bound to find a favourite.
Take time to capture that iconic photo or to just sit and watch the wild antics as you sip on a lovely cup of tea whilst enjoying our breakfast snack of homemade ham and cheese croissants, cereals, fruits and yoghurt.
Having set the scene we then move on to Corroboree Billabong to enjoy a 1.5 hour cruise viewing and learning more of nature in its' natural state. Snakes, crocodiles and more are regular features on this cruise so come prepared.
Having answered the call of the wild a picnic lunch in the outback is called for before making tracks back to Darwin. -
