Major routes include Darwin–Broome, Adelaide – Alice Springs, and Townsville – Alice Springs/Darwin (via Tennant Creek). Connecting services provide access to towns across the Northern Territory and to other interstate destinations.

Darwin coach terminal

Darwin’s main coach terminal is the Transit Centre in Mitchell Street. All interstate coaches, many local coaches and tours depart and arrive here, as well as shuttles to the airport, the train station and to cruise-ship terminals. A Greyhound passenger service office is located at the centre, with ticketing and booking facilities.
