All flights commence from their modern, air-conditioned terminal located within the Alice Springs Airport Precinct, not far from the heart of the Alice.     Aboriginal Art Tour

    You'll fly directly to the community, situated on the edge of the Simpson Desert, in your own private helicopter, landing just a short walk from the Keringke Arts Centre where you can meet with the artists, discover their unique style of desert art and purchase works, if you wish, from the local gallery.

    Alice Springs Heli-Photo Tours

    All photography tours are aerial based and allow access to the most remote and inaccessible parts of Central Australia.

    Tours can include a professional photography guide, meals, overnight stays and remote locations. All tours are conducted as private charters and are tailored specifically to suit an individual's interest and requirements.

    Around the Gaps

    You'll cross the world famous Larapinta Walking Trail and visit craggy Simpsons Gap and Standley Chasm, a steep gorge rising 60 metres out of the range.

    There are plenty of photo opportunities as you circle the chasm and head to Honeymoon Gap, following the colourful rocky ridge line past Mt Gillen to Heavitree Gap and into the East MacDonnell to Emily and Jessie Gaps, which feature prominently in local Aboriginal legend. Rock wallabies, camels and eagles are often seen during this flight over the geographic centre of Australia.

    Ayers Rock Heli-Express (Full Day)

    There's time to explore the area (approximately three hours) before boarding for your return flight, flying over Lake Amadeus, the largest salt lake in the Northern Territory and Palm Valley, a lush oasis of ancient palms and clear rock pools on the Finke River. Ground content is not included.

    There's time to stretch your legs and refresh at Connellan Airport before boarding your return flight over Lake Amadeus, the largest salt lake in the Northern Territory and Palm Valley, a lush oasis of ancient palms and clear rock pools on the Finke River.

    Ayers Rock Heli-Express (Overnight)

    You'll depart Alice Springs Airport in the morning, crossing the James and Gardiner Ranges and Kings Canyon, Watarrka National Park on the way to Uluru / Ayers Rock, for an aerial tour, before landing at Connellan Airport. Lunch can be enjoyed at Ayers Rock Resort before settling into your accommodation and refreshing for your afternoon activities.

    Explore Uluru Kata-Tjuta National Park, experiencing the magic of The Rock at sunset and perhaps dining under the stars. An Uluru / Ayers Rock sunrise tour is a wonderful 'wake up call' before boarding the helicopter mid-morning for the return flight over Lake Amadeus, the largest salt lake in the Northern Territory, and Palm Valley, a lush oasis of ancient palms and clear rock pools on the Finke River.

    Champagne in the Heart

    Tracking west to Honeymoon Gap, you follow the ochre coloured sandstone cliffs to Mt Gillen, steeped in Aboriginal legend. Watch as the sun sets over Alice Springs, highlighting the vivid colours of the desert ranges and perhaps glimpse the rock wallabies sunning themselves on the rocky ledges in the late afternoon sun.

    Larapinta Heli-Trail

    The half day heli-tour follows the world famous Larapinta Walking Trail through the West MacDonnell Ranges via Mt Gillen, Simpsons Gap, Standley Chasm, Mt Giles, Ormiston Pound and Gorge before landing at Glen Helen Resort.

    Enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch on the banks of the ancient Finke River with time for a relaxing walk to Glen Helen Gorge. There are plenty of photo opportunities on your return flight to Alice Springs along the Finke and over the Ochre Pits, Serpentine Gorge and Ellery Creek Big Hole.

    A fun fill flight packed with stunning scenery and great commentary about the famous sights and wonder that is Central Australia.

    Picnic at Ruby Gap

    Following the red ranges to the still waters of John Hayes Rock Hole, you'll fly past the sheer cliffs of Trephina Gorge and along the Hale River, out over Corroboree Rock, once a storage place for sacred Aboriginal objects, a highlight of this half day tour.

    Simpson's Explorer

    Crossing the Larapinta Trail, you'll explore Simpsons Gap and it's crystal clear waterholes from the air, before tracking to Mt Gillen, the highest point in this range and part of the ancient Aboriginal legend of the dog spirit ancestor 'Uk-nool-ya'.

    Then penetrating deep into the East MacDonnell Range, you reach Emily Gap, a significant place in Caterpillar Dreaming to the local Arrernte people. This flight offers great photo opportunities with panoramic aerial views of Central Australia.
