Kakadu 4WD Safaris is a small, Territory owned and operated company specialising in four-wheel drive adventure tours to Kakadu National Park.

They are an ECO Tourism and ROC (Respect Our Culture) accredited business and their commitment to ensuring minimal environmental impact is demonstrated by their unique long duration tours. They use Toyota Troop Carrier vehicles with nine passengers maximum and Isuzu 16 passenger vehicles..

Share their extensive knowledge of the flora, fauna and geology, learn about aboriginal culture and have the time of your life on an adventure you will never forget.

Kakadu 4WD Safaris are designed to give you more for your money and are best suited to fit, energetic people between 18 and 40. Any persons outside that age group with a good level of fitness are most welcome.

    2 Day Kakadu - Wet Season

    No tour is ever the same at this time of year, our unique itinerary will change as required according to seasonal conditions.


    Travel in a true small group with a maximum of nine people and a knowledgeable and experienced guide.


    Visit crystal clear waterfalls, take big hikes with information on Aboriginal bush tucker and medicines and view ancient aboriginal art sites.

    3 Day Kakadu - Dry Season

    This three day tour gets you off the main tourist tracks and rewards you with views and scenery most people only see in postcards. Enjoy authentic campfire cooking and camp under the tropical stars.


    Allow their guide to open your eyes to centuries old bush tucker and medicines and be amazed at the ancient stories painted in ochre throughout sandstone shelter of Nourlangie.
