They take a wholistic approach to health and fitness, taking into consideration all aspects of members’ physical, mental and social wellbeing. Their approach is inclusive – which is why they pride themselves on offering a range of facilities, classes and programs to suit members and visitors of all ages and fitness levels.

They offer a variety of classes to suit your individual interests and fitness goals. There is a full service, air-conditioned gym featuring an extensive range of cardio, pin-loaded and free weight equipment. And the gym is open 24/7 for members! There is a ladies gym, group fitness studio, a functional training studio, a kids club, a variety of programs, including personal training, roller-skating rink (the only roller-skating rink in town!), an indoor sports centre, youth and community space, accessible change rooms and a kiosk.
