この完全に改装された、設備の整った自炊式の3ベッドルーム/ 3バスルームライト、風通しの良い高台のテリトリースタイルの家には、テレビ付きの大きくて快適なラウンジ、大きなキッチン、独立したダイニングと朝食ルーム、バーベキューとハンモック付きの2つの大きなバルコニーがあります。
大人数のグループの場合は、2つのベッドルームにシングルエアマットレスを2つ用意できます。ラウンジには、追加の2人が眠れるクイーンソファと2つのベビーベッドがあります。ハイチェアもご利用いただけます。
すべてのリネンとタオルが用意されています。身の回り品、食べ物、飲み物を持参してください。 （どちらも徒歩圏内にある地元の居酒屋、リッチフィールドモーテルは、料理をしたくない場合はこんばんは食事をします）。
リッチフィールド国立公園のバレーロックホールとフローレンスフォールズまで車で30分です。第二次世界大戦、鉄道地区、市場が興味深いかもしれないアデレードリバーの歴史的な町もそうです。
鳥類は素晴らしいです。夕日もそうです。

Private, tropical, fully furnished, self-contained quintessentially 'Territorian' 3 bed elevated home. Has fans & A/C throughout and is set amongst a lush, green garden with abundant flowers and some fruit trees, overlooking bushland. 2 large balconies, comfortable seating, BBQ, hammock. Sleeps max of 8 using 3 QS beds & sofa bed. An additional 2 people can sleep ion air mattresses in a couple of the bedrooms. There is also a 3rd full bathroom with toilet, shower and sink downstairs adjacent to a fully appointed laundry with eco-friendly drying line nearby.
Very private, spacious, secure and comfortable. A great 'getaway'.... We look forward to welcoming you to this perpetual summer haven.
