In una fattoria a soli tre chilometri dall'autostrada Stuart a Mataranka ci sono quattro cabine ben arredate a pochi passi dalle magnifiche piscine termali di Bitter Springs.
Le cabine si trovano su un vecchio sito dell'esercito della seconda guerra mondiale nella boscaglia naturale, tra splendidi tumuli di termiti rosse.
Il campeggio comprende siti alimentati e non alimentati e si trova sulle rive del fiume Little Roper e, pur mantenendo un ambiente naturale nella boscaglia, i campeggi dispongono di servizi igienici puliti, docce, cucina e lavanderia. Powered sites and reticulated water are provided under large shady paper bark trees. The park has an informal relaxed atmosphere. There are 94 powered sites with shared toilets, showers and a camp kitchen that are kept clean and tidy. Agile wallabies are abundant on the property and barramundi and other fish can be caught in the river. The rare red goshawk nests in the area and birdwatchers are regular guests in the campground and cabins.

Riverside camping is available on the banks of the Little Roper River just a short walk from Bitter Springs Thermal Pools. Campfires are allowed and pets are welcome in the camping sites. Wallabies are abundant in the camp area and barramundi and other fish can be caught in the river. There are rare red goshawk nests in this area and birdwatchers are regular guests in the campgrounds and cabins. There is bore water on tap, toilets, showers, a laundry and camp kitchen.
