Departing from Alice Springs you'll travel to historic Hermannsburg, home of the famous Aboriginal painter Albert Namatjira and the Lutheran Missionaries. Then head off the beaten track through the Finke Gorge National Park to Boggy Hole, where awesome scenery, unique bird watching and a swim awaits you.
Using the less travelled four-wheel drive tracks, you will arrive at Kings Canyon. In the morning you can choose whether to take the rim walk, where you’ll be rewarded with remarkable views or the less strenuous walk through the valley amongst the cycads.

Early the next morning take the base walk around Uluru, visit an Aboriginal Culture Centre and then head off to Kata Tjuta / The Olgas, for walk among the orange domes, before heading back to Alice Springs.
