The motel complex also has a large commercial kitchen connected to a large meeting room (airconditioned), as well as a large, covered outdoor venue all available for hire. The motel is situated in a quiet are of town and is an easy walk to the shops or Nguiu Club for a meal and cold drink. There are three contractor camps. A 12-man dormitory camp with shared facilities, 8-man ensuite camp and a 4-man ensuite camp all with their own kitchen and undercover eating areas.
