Come and be entertained by the best young talent in town.
Take “the essential Australian journey” this September to Alice Springs where, over 10 glorious days, the DSF19 honours the 'UN International Year of Indigenous Language'. The festival unites singers, musicians and audiences from this vibrant, multi-cultural community, to celebrate Central Australia's unique story of human occupation, resilience and culture.
Using staged, iconic heritage venues across town and the majestic, ancient landscapes of Central Australia as a backdrop, the Festival gives visitors an unforgettable experience revealing extraordinary musical talents. 'Young Desert Voices' encourages and supports the next generation of artists.
The DSF19 provides a smorgasbord of free community events and quality ticketed performances. Book online or at the Alice Springs Visitor Information Centre, in Todd Street Mall.
