Territory BITE is a food lovers experience of the Territory's tastes, aromas, and sensations.
The event opens with a Launch Party and Festival during the first weekend of September and continues the month with pop-up experiences across the Territory.
Learn to cook from celebrated culinary talent, visit farms and feast on fresh produce that will have you inspired and satisfied. Events include gin tastings and tea parties, private dinners, and masterclasses. There's something for every foodie to explore.
The Territory has an abundance of homegrown produce and the top end flavours are some of the best in the world.
