Free Weekly Yoga Asana Class
Relax and unwind each Saturday morning with a free blissful yoga asana class on the lawns at the Waterfront.
A dedicated and qualified yoga instructor will guide you through a gentle 1 hour session of yoga asana, breath work and meditation suited to all levels of yoga experience including beginners.
Patrons will need to provide their own yoga mat for the class.
Social distancing measures should be adhered to at all times as outlined by the NT Government.
