Australian Veteran Cricket Tour to Darwin

All around Australia, Veteran Cricket teams are choosing to mix travel with the opportunity to challenge Veteran Cricketers from destinations around the world.

Exotic Cricket Tours, founded by Derek Braidner of Veteran Cricket Victoria, has organised tours to countries such as Scotland, New Zealand, South Africa, Jamaica, China, USA and Sri Lanka - just to name a few.

In 2022, Darwin became the destination of choice, with over 200 players and their partners arriving to spend 10 days playing cricket and when not playing, enjoying all there is to see around the Top End,

Collaborating with local company NT Education Adventures, just a few of the experiences our group will enjoy are a Meet n Greet function at Nightcliff Foreshore Cafe, Nitmiluk, Litchfield, Wetlands Cruise, final night at Mindil Beach Casino, Territory Wildlife Park, Cox Country Club with Sealink, Mindil Markets and a whole lot more.

Darwin locals are invited to attend a game or two, to cheer on the 10 teams, playing at a range of cricket grounds.

Veteran Cricket is a fast growing sporting code, with plans already in place for them to return in 2023 to challengethe local Cricketers.
