Charlotte’s Web Darwin Chocolate Factory opened in 2018, featuring a range of fresh, local-made chocolate barks with fresh local fruits, ginger, nuts, berries and other toppings.
A number of specialty chocolates are being developed for commercial and hospitality use on-site.
The company focuses on chocolate factory tours and production of commercial quantities of chocolate barks which are sold via the factory store, hotel minibars and small retail outlets in the greater Darwin region.
Formed by local chocolate-lover Kirsty McInnes, the company is built around principles of ethical sourcing of ingredients and sustainable production methods.
